I love Natural Health so much! They cured me from horrible migraines and helped me not get sick when I fly by building up my immune system. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a natural way :) Also the store owner Catherine Crawford really knows her stuff about the body and vitamins, it’s fascinating!

I was visiting the local brewery and happened to find this store searching for Sarsaparilla. I grabbed a bag and asked the owner Cathrine about cbd for my girlfriends RA. She recommended a certain dose and I’ve been stealing it from my girlfriend (not really) and I have never slept so good in many years, dealing with PTSD , my anxiety is very manageable now throughout the day. It’s only been 3 days now and noticed a huge difference in my moods. Cathrine took her time to explain everything to us, no pressure at all. She’s very passionate about what she does and it really shows. I will be coming back and schedule appointments with her to dig deeper in natural healing. Thank you, Cathrine, you’re a blessing!
