Oh man, where to start! .....I stay in Eastvale, which is not that far from here. I was going to my local shops because after all, they were just that. Local. Yea they had juices in stock, some mods here and there, and service was Ok. Now fast forward to yesterday. I was in the area getting my Bah-Mi sandwich next to VH, when I seen this store in my vicinity. I needed Juice, so in i go. Let me tell you from the moment i walked in to the store till I left, I was treated like if I was some stockholder, some owner of the shop. Q was attending me, the gentleman with the tattoo sleeves. Remember, I went in for just a can of juice. Q treated me with soo much respect, with such knowledge of products and just amazing customer service, that I decided to spend a little more. I ended up getting the VooPoo Drag S. I purchased it because I was explaining to Q how much my other mod was lacking that flavor I was desperately looking for. I told him I purchased 4 different mods in a span of 2 months because I was in search of that mod and tank that gave me the flavor I was looking for. BOOM!!! Q came to the rescue!!! He setup my DRAG S before i walked out that door. Holy Sh**! I INSTANTLY knew that this was it. The DRAG S is rich in giving that flavor I kept looking for. No other mod and tank combo gave me that. Not close. The DRAG S was my answer to my life's problems!. (well maybe that's a little too much) but still, I found what I was longing for. I purchased a couple of Juices, the mod, and just felt incredibly good being there at the store. Q hooked me up with a shirt I immediately threw on, and rocked it to work. I couldn't believe it! Iv'e never in my life received ANYTHING free. To finally getting something even this small feels overwhelmingly awesome. I'm a very grateful person. I've never had anything nice in life when I was younger. To finally work for everything I own, it feels nice to have what I want, let alone get something like this for free. This has been one of the best experiences I have EVER had in a retail store. You best believe this is my store from now on. Thank you Vapour Heights for thinking of the smaller person, for going above and beyond. All this is truly, coming from my heart. Thank you once again, Henry.
