I brought my mom here while on vacation for some medicinal aid while she had a horrible migraine. She was clearly not feeling well and the staff was so wonderfully helpful and compassionate. As soon as I went to the back room they had something picked out for us and ready to go, and it was just what she needed. Really professional and kind!!!

Snotty opinionated staff. They act like they are better then you. I mean, you’re selling weed and I own my own business. Prices are ridiculously marked up. The only thing I liked about this place was the decor.

It's the last chance before the wilderness, so take it. This spot is very clean, very professional and reminds me of the strictly medicinal days. Good flowers from Monterey area farms, so that's cool. The prices are, by CA standards, reasonable. They didn't have much selection but that's just my bad timing. If I'm driving past the intersection again and running low on weed, then I'm definitely coming back - but I'm not coming out of my way either.

Great prices and good quality products. I had many products to choose from it made my purchases pleasant. I recommend you to go in and try there products. I even bought a hat. Oh I can't express enough of the knowledge of the workers there they know a lot about each products for each individual needs. BSC+B great job with customers service. This team deserves the BIGGEST shout out! So impressed with how they have handled this crisis and allowing the customer to feel safe and secure in this crazy time. And They are offering giving 20 percent off and honoring it until this is over! Online orders are simple, pick up curbside and done.

As an out of towner, the folks at Big Sur Canna made me feel right at home. It was my first experience in a California dispensary, and I wasn’t sure what to expect but everyone inside from the employees to the other customers were extremely pleasant. In fact as I was walking in, a friendly elderly lady was walking out and asked if I was going inside. When I confirmed, she said “Oh, lovely day!” Haha If that doesn’t say anything about what the folks over at Big Sur are doing then I’m not sure what will. Upon entering the establishment, you’ll be greeted by their concierge employee who will check your ID, and you’re then placed into the customer queue while others are finishing their purchase. Their waiting room is incredibly upscale and relaxing - I enjoyed the art on the walls and coffee table art books. Once your name is called, you’ll be allowed through that heavenly door and then greeted by your personal assistant to help make your decisions and purchases. Arren was super patient with me, answered all my questions with clear knowledge, and helpful in determining what fit my needs. The prices seemed mildly steep, which you may have to credit to the area in which this business operates but I also have to say that you get what you pay for! Thanks Big Sur Canna for doing what you guys do 👍🏻
