They have items that are hard to find elsewhere, however they never answer the phone to tell me if they are in stock😤. This sucks for people who would like to come from out of town and would like to check availability first. Please step it up before I find stores that are more receptive, thank you

I normally shop at the Berkeley store and lover their selection and knowledgeable staff. The Benicia store has a different appearance, it's in a major shopping mall, but they still seem to have a great selection. The staff is also nice and they could answer all my questions. Good store.

Helpful, knowledgeable employees. Good mix of natural remedies, including homeopathic, essential oils, flower essences, herbs... Plus vits, minerals, probiotics, and even shampoos, hair dyes, makeup... For a small town, we are lucky to have this quality store! Bonus: Large parking lot!
