Walmart Pharmacy on 1516 N 18th St

The new pharmacist is very nice, and he seems efficient, but the rest of his staff is not. At the end of March I picked up a prescription and took it home to find 2 different types of completely unrelated pills. Luckily I'm observant enough and took it back immediately. The pharmacist was horrified, and told me he would have to check the cameras to figure out who had made the mistake. I'm allergic to MANY different medications, and if I had taken one of the other pills by accident, it could have been a seriously grave situation. Today, I tried to get a different prescription refilled for the 3rd time in 3 weeks. Once again, I was told I was out of this medication and they would have to contact my doctor. I asked them if I needed to contact the doctor myself since their staff didn't seem to be able. The woman working said she would send a message to the doctor right now, but it may take them a while to get a response.... so we'll see how that works out. I live in Ozark, but I had originally been driving to Russellville to pick up my prescriptions because I never had any issues with my previous pharmacy. I transferred my prescriptions over in January thinking it might be nice to be able to go to the pharmacy in my new hometown, but I've definitely made a mistake. Nothing but trouble.

I think this pharmacy is awesome. Janell is the best and so is Mr Sassmon. These folks care and can help you with your over the counter needs too. I vote the best people ever. They are great pharmacists. They care and they will help you with all needs Thank you for all of you wonderful assistance. Sherry McClelkan
