I have purchased multiple home improvement renovations from true value the past few months. The employees have been helpful. However I would like to say of all the staff Clayton Reed has been the most knowledgeable and patient with my numerous questions from lights to paint to different projects I have seen on YouTube.. lol . he is definitely an asset to the store !!

Have been doing business with them for three years . . Until today. Purchased 4 bags of all purpose sand 70# each. Got home, even I could lift without problem. Weighed bag - 32 lbs. Went back, was told the loader made a mistake and the computer was wrong (“all these years”), but now they have corrected it (whatever that means). Told them I was disappointed and the young man at the counter started to argue that it was “just a mistake and I shouldn’t worry about it or be disappointed”. Informed him I could take my business to Hot Springs, and he insinuated and then insulted me saying; “it would be foolish for me to drive 35 miles to HS and 35 miles back”. The mistake and ‘explanation’ is acceptable. The disrespect is not. Will not do business there again.
