I thought my first visit was very helpful, but I wanted to see a more noticeable response. When I called, I spoke to Brian and he made some good suggestions. I went to the store today and got even more good advice. I'm pretty sure I wanted 750mg of full spectrum but I got 1000mg instead to which I will add a gummy at night and see how it works. But I'll still only take 50ml twice a day. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks a bunch. Carol Kelley
