We moved here a few months ago. When the virus issue arose I wanted "thieves oil." I went to Natural Planet about 10 days ago and the service was amazing. I purchased the recommended ingredients for thieves oil and they even had a sheet with several mixtures outlined to make your own thieves oil. Should be a 5 star review, right? WRONG! One of the items I purchased on my first visit was a medium sized blue glass spray bottle. When I went to use it the sprayer would not work. We are only going out about every 10 days and I set the bottle aside thinking the next time we went out we would deal with it. Today we stopped by and I explained that we wanted CBD oil for our dog and I also needed the sprayer replaced. The salesperson took me over and showed me a loose spray cap for $1.05. I explained I had bought this one here and the sprayer did not work and on top of that the sprayer for $1.05 did not fit the bottle it was too small. I again explained that all I wanted was to exchange the defective sprayer for one that works. I might add I had oil in the bottle and, again, all I wanted was a sprayer from one of their other bottles to put on mine to make it work. The clerk refused to replace the spray top. I asked her if she seriously was going to lose a customer by not giving me a simple spray top that worked. "Yup." I managed a 16 store chain and if one of my salespeople cost me a customer over exchanging a defective $1 sprayer for a new one I would have dismissed them on the spot. What is more incredulous is I told this salesperson I wanted CBD oil for my dog and they lost that sale as well. We purchased the oil at a competitor on Northern for $62 and that could have been Natural Planet's sale.. Well, I do have to say Natural PLanet's service was AMAZING just in a very non-customer oriented way.
